Dyna-Bands A resistive strength training product which also helps to tone and condition the body. Each band is constructed of 6 inch wide latex material. Three colors or resistance levels are included in each package- pink for light resistance, green for medium resistance and purple for an advanced workout. Customer Review: Great bands but not what I was looking for… Dynaband makes a great product but these bands are short - three feet long. I mistakenly bought them looking for a replacement for my Cathe Friederich green band. I thought they’d be at least 5 feet long.
