The exposure to a international audience would be huge, billions of people now watch the Olympics. News reports would spread throughout the world and it would greatly increase the ‘brand recognition’ of the sport throughout the world. But the Olympic Committee have been resisting. They have now reached, I believe, a ‘one in, one out’ level. It has been decided that the Olympics now has the right number of sports taking part and so for one to enter another sport must be removed. But rugby sevens can really add something to the Olympics. The fifteen aside game is too intense to put a worthwhile tournament together. But the IRB World Sevens Series is now a big event, and each tournament only takes place over the course of a weekend, which would be easy to fit into any Olympic schedule. According to the IRB (International Rugby Board) statistics in the 06/07 season the sevens tournament reached 213 million homes. Essentially, you are walking on your hands and the full version takes you to the brink. When you are first starting out, there are a lot of people who cannot or never have been able to get a full hand stand. If you are one of these people, you are going to have to perfect that handstand before you can take on the challenge of the wall walk. If you are already past the challenge of the regular hand stand, then you are ready to give wall walking a serious shot. I used this book to run my first marathon at the age of 50 in 2006 and successfully completed the marathon injury free. I bought two more copies for my daughters and we are going to run the Yakima, WA marathon together, this being a first time for them. I highly reccommend this book for anyone considerning a marathon. Success will be yours if you follow the training guides in the book.

this is a good book for the basic basics of gymnastics.it really only centres on the floor,rings and horse but if you want your children to get fit and healthy at home it is a great start as none of the activities need expensive equipment and nearly no spotting from an adult.
a good beginners guide but not for everyone
