This mat actually saved $$ on gymnastics classes. My daughter has always been active in dance and wanted to learn gymnastics to compliment her dancing. She started taking the class but didn’t progress as fast as she does for dance. I realized that she needed to practice at home as she always has for dance. After getting the mat she made great progress and even her instructor commented to us about her rate of improvement. If your child(ren) is/are active in gymnastics, then this mat is a must. It is large enough to safely practice everything they learn in class at home.
