The more common ones are the holidays such as president s day, the 4th of July, and anything to do with elections. If anything people seem to think the latter is one of the best excuses. The main problem is, since there are so many possible occasions, people may get tired of doing parties especially those of the same theme. As such do try to take into account if your party guests actually want a party. The patriotic themed party is luckily, very easy to put together. The colors you should use are the obvious; red, white, and blue, and well, you can basically just take all of your ideas from the flag if you want. As such you should make sure you don t forget to add plenty of stars and stripes. Sparklers and fireworks are very popular; just make sure to leave all the major stuff to the professionals.
